THE EFFECT OF SOCIAL SKILLS EDUCATION PROGRAM INTEGRATED WITH COGNITIVE BEHAVIORAL APPROACH ON SOCIAL ANXIETY LEVEL OF ADOLESCENTS
This research was primarily prepared to enable psychological counselors working in schools to provide psychological help about social anxiety to more than one student at the same time. According to this research, stress, which is common in society, can lead to social anxiety, serious interpersonal problems, failures in business and school life, depression, and substance use. In the case of social anxiety, it is a fact that the psychological help given during adolescence gives more effective results than the help given during adulthood.
